Choose the second radio button option 'I want to use a free sub-domain name', enter a name for you site and choose a domain name and click on NEXT button.

Choose Option

If you are continued to show Paid package option keep on choosing the free option.

Register

Finally you'll need to fill in some necessary details and you get your website ready.

Design and Modify

You can modify your web page design as and when you feel like.Its very easy. You need not have any hands on experience on web.
